
Four judicial officers appointed as Telangana High Court judges

The Central Government on Wednesday announced the elevation of four judicial officers, including two women, as judges of the Telangana High Court.
The newly appointed judges are:

The appointments were confirmed by Union Minister of State for Law & Justice, Arjun Ram Meghwal, who shared the news on the social platform X earlier today. "In exercise of the power conferred by the Constitution of India, the President of India, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to appoint the following as Additional Judges of High Courts," Meghwal stated.
These appointments were formalized following the recommendation made by the Supreme Court Collegium during its meeting on January 11. At present, the Telangana High Court, which has a sanctioned capacity of 42 judges, is operating with 26 judges.
